The menu for this experience will rotate on a seasonal basis. The first season will focus on Essences of the Sea and Coastal Delights.

With an illustrious career spanning over 18 years, Chef Guillermo Gassán has honed his culinary expertise in diverse kitchens across the globe, including notable stints in the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Panama, and his current venture in the United States.
Max Guevara, a one-of-a-kind creative mind, was born in Caracas, Venezuela. In 2014, this talented artist finished his studies as a visual communicator in order to further his career as a graphic designer, as creator, and as illustrator.
What mostly characterizes Guevara's work is the technique applied in the illustrations, described by him as "Organic Native". He's intervened in many different objects as well as spaces, in which cases he's applied emerging techniques based on aboriginal art in combination with marine and fossil organic figures. He was recently featured in Le Art Noir in Miami Art Basel.

The ticket includes a welcome drink and the full 7-course dinner with wine pairings inclusive of tax and tip. Liquor is available for sale.

ON TIME POLICY
We recommend arriving 15-20 mins prior to the set time. Dinner will be served 10 minutes after the event start time.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY?
We will refund 100% of tickets up to a week before the event. If you cancel in the last 72 hours, we will only refund 50%. If you cancel 24 hours before the event we will not provide a refund.
Our events take a lot of planning and have very limited space. So we do encourage booking in advance. We are as flexible as we can when it comes to refunds/cancellations.
