Javier Moro Espinosa, the president of Bodegas Emilio Moro, will be conducting the dinner alongside his nephew, Alberto Medina Moro. 

Javier Moro Espinoza is one of the third generation of the Moro family and has been one of the main architects of the brand’s growth and expansion, present in more than 70 countries on every continent. 

Alberto Medina Moro represents the fourth generation of the Moro family.

Ticket prices are $180 + tax. Doors open at 7:30 PM.
Dinner starts at 8:00 PM.

ABOUT EMILIO MORO

Bodegas Emilio Moro is one of the oldest leading quality producers in Ribera del Duero. 

For four generations the Emilio Moro family has carefully farmed their 500 acres of estate vineyards located between 2,400 to 3,000 feet of elevation. The founder, Emilio Moro, was born in 1891 in Pesquera de Duero. Hard work at the vines built their passion, vintage after vintage on the banks of the River Douro. Emilio Moro instilled all his love for wine in his son, who, in turn, passed it on to the third and fourth generations of the family, consolidating a company which has become a leader of Spanish winemaking.

The most important asset of the winery is their vineyards, grafted with the purest clone of Tempranillo, which is known in Ribera del Duero as Tinto Fino. This variety produces small grapes and loose bunches necessary to produce robust wines. Emilio Moro’s viticultural methods are environmentally friendly, with no artificial irrigation, because they believe this can alter the characteristics of the harvest and they prefer that each year has its own personality.

Elalba (2022), Godello
Bloody Gazpacho: Vodka-infused gazpacho with celery foam, smoked paprika olive oil, and spanish rizadito breadstick.

La Revelía (2021), Godello 
Patatas Bravas con Huevos Rotos: Crispy potatoes in spicy brava sauce, topped with poached quail eggs, and garlic aioli. 
Optional: Jamón de Bellota. 

Emilio Moro (2021), Tempranillo
⁠⁠Tenderloin Beef Tartare: Delicately seasoned raw beef tartare with a hint of smoked pimentón and fresh herbs, served with crisp bread.

La Felisa (2022), Tempranillo
Duck & Foie Gras Sausage: This is what a craft sausage is all about, the luxurious flavor of duck is combined with exquisite foie and Sauterne wine to give it amazing flavor.

Malleolus de Sanchomartín (2019), Tempranillo 
Pimentón de la Vera-rubbed Lamb Chop, sous-vide and grilled, served with roasted artichoke and Pimiento Padrón.

Emilio Moro Vendimia Seleccionada (2021), Tempranillo
⁠Dessert: Torta Vasca  -Traditional Basque-style cheesecake, creamy and rich with a subtle caramelized crust.
