A menu designed by 2 Korean Girls using Meat N’ Bone proteins at Undisclosed. The evening will feature Korean American Artist Rosanna Kalis creating LIVE limited edition shoe designs and a guided Jinro Soju Tasting Experience.

FIRST COURSE
Grilled Tteokbokki Rice Cakes on Scallion Salad paired with a Korean Teriyaki
Marinated, Seared U8 Dry Scallop sourced from Boston.

 Paired with Jinro24 infused with English Cucumber.

SECOND COURSE
Our Homemade Napa Cabbage Kimchi Caramelized in Wok Fried Rice paired with
Grilled Heritage Pork Belly sourced from Comfrey Farms in Minnesota.

Paired with  Ilpoom Jinro on the rocks.

THIRD COURSE
G1 Certified USDA Prime Korean Short Ribs sourced from the US Midwest and Wet
Aged for 30 days before being marinated for 24 hours and grilled. Complemented with
Fresh Cucumber Kimchi.

Paired with  Somaek aka Soju Bomb - Jinro Chaimsel Fresh & Terra Beer.

FOURTH COURSE
A 2KG Signature, our O.B. aka Original Bibimbap with Truffle Wagyu Ribeye Bulgogi,
marinated bean sprouts, sweet & sour radish, sesame spinach, spicy potato,
homemade gochujang, and fried egg, on top of steamed white rice.

Paired with Jinro Is Back, served up and chilled.

FIFTH COURSE
Black Sesame Soft Serve Ice Cream with Soy Caramel Sauce.

Paired with  Jinro Chamisul Fresh, served up and chilled.

ROSANNA KALIS

Rosanna Kalis is a versatile contemporary artist specializing in large scale paintings, murals, and custom design.  A first-generation Korean immigrant born and raised in the Washington, DC area, her creative perspective is heavily influenced by her upbringing and time spent living in various cities including DC, San Francisco, Philadelphia, New York City, and Seoul.  Her inspirations include the rawness of wabi-sabi, the lines of traditional Asian art, the intricacies of Art Nouveau, and the irreverent movement of street art.  Rosanna works primarily with fluid acrylics, spray paint, and pen & ink across a variety of surfaces - canvas, wood panels, walls, and more.  She seeks to capture a moment of energy or emotional intensity in a dreamlike setting; whether it is through graphic black and white lines or layers of translucent colors.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Your one-seat ticket pays for a welcome drink, a 5-course menu each paired with soju, and a parting gift by Artist Rosanna Kalis x Jinro. All soft drinks are included, and additional wine, beer or sake can be bought the night of the event.

ABOUT 2 KOREAN GIRLS

Founded by 2 sisters, 2KG is a Korean scratch kitchen launched as an homage to their Umma, Chom “Sunny” Kaminski, and includes James Beard Award Winning Chef Allen Susser on their team, celebrating their family’s generation old recipes and bringing fresh and modern Bibimbap inspired bowls and Korean specialties to Miami. The launch of 2 Korean Girls signals the first concept of its kind in Miami, focusing on the delicious, nutritious and beloved Korean staple of rice with meat, vegetables, gochujang, and fried egg. This traditional dish is perfect for foodies, plant-based lifestyles and gluten and paleo diets. In keeping with their culture’s eschewing of processed goods, everything coming from the 2 Korean Girls’ kitchen will utilize locally sourced and quality ingredients. 

2 Korean Girls is available for dining in at the Shelborne Hotel. Hours of operation: Thursday/Sunday 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday/Saturday 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. Delivery available in Miami and Miami Beach. www.2koreangirls.com

REFUND POLICY?

We will refund 100% of tickets until a week before the event. If you cancel in the last 72 hours, we will only refund 50%. If you cancel 24 hours before the event, we will not provide a refund.

Our events take a lot of planning and have minimal space. So we do encourage booking in advance. We are as flexible as we can regarding refunds/cancellations.
