A Journey of Love by Chef Chucho Rojas | 02/14/2024
Valentine's Day at Undisclosed emerges as a uniquely enchanting occasion. This year, in a grand celebration of romance, we are delighted to present the culinary artistry of Master Chef Chucho Rojas. Prepare to embark on a global gastronomic odyssey with your beloved, a journey that promises an array of exquisite flavors and aromas, curated by one of the nation's most esteemed chefs.
Our culinary voyage commences with an innovative fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisines, featuring a sumptuous Hamachi Tiradito, delicately crafted with Chef Chucho's signature flair. We then traverse to the vibrant heart of South America, where the traditional 'Vuelve a la Vida' awaits, renowned for its aphrodisiac qualities.
The journey continues to Africa, where Nigerian Tiger Shrimps are transformed into a rich and flavorful Bisque, an embodiment of the continent's culinary heritage. Next, we venture to Spain for a classic Arroz con Setas, a dish that captures the essence of Iberian gastronomy.
For dessert, we pay homage to the legendary Russian ballerina, Anna Pavlova, with a dessert experience that is both delectable and theatrical. The evening concludes with Mignardise d'amore, a sweet finale that ensures the spirit of love accompanies you beyond our doors.
The event starts at 7:30 pm, with a limited capacity of 26 seats. There will only be one sitting.

ABOUT CANA WINE SHOP
Caná is not a conventional liquor store. It is focused on wine enthusiasts and enjoys a competitive advantage for being a niche wine shop.
Cana Wine Shop is a wine boutique located in Coral Way with another lcoation in the heart of the business district of Coral Gables. Cana offers a tailored experience for our customers and focused on top but small producers while also optimizing the online experience.
Our wine boutique prioritizes small producers and distributors, assuring allocations of wines with very limited annual productions. Some of our wines are part of productions of just a 1000 bottles per year, or even 500. That doesn’t mean that the price of that bottle will skyrocket just because of that scarcity. It just means that this specific wine comes from a small producer. So, if you shop at Caná, you can enjoy a fine and rare label without breaking the piggy bank.
That’s where the other differentiator comes into play: the tailored experience.
